I graduated from the University School of Physical Education in Cracow in July 2014 with BSc and MSc in Physiotherapy. During my studies, I gained extensive experience working both in private physiotherapy clinics and state hospitals. After graduation I spent one year in Ireland where I was working in Louisa’s Health Clinic which gave me an opportunity to improve my manual therapy skills including kinesio taping, soft tissue therapy and deep tissue massage.
I continue my professional development by regularly participating in professional courses. I have completed a Cyriax course which helped develop my diagnosis skills and gave me invaluable knowledge about the treatment of soft tissue lesions. I have also completed a Kinesio Taping course which I find very helpful especially in the treatment of sports injuries.
In July 2017, I completed CRAFTA course (Cranio Facial Therapy Academy) which enabled me to specialise in treating conditions involving temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ), craniofacial dysfunctions and the biomechanics of the cervical spine. These conditions involve headaches, migraines, bruxism, tinnitus, facial palsy, cranial nerve neuralgia (incl. trigeminal nerve neuralgia) to name but a few.
Within my practice I combine biomechanical assessment, manual therapy and acupuncture to achieve the best possible outcome for the client. I am a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapist. I am extremely passionate about my profession and love the fact that my skills and knowledge can help my clients reach their full physical potential.
