Wioleta ‘Vi’ Dudarewicz

Physiotherapist

I have been a physiotherapist for 10 years and in my work I combine my passion for physiotherapy with personal training and fitness instruction. As a fitness instructor, I have had the opportunity to work with clients with many spinal conditions and musculoskeletal injuries.

After graduating as a physiotherapist, I worked in a rehabilitation centre in Poland, using electrotherapy, remedial massage, kinesiotherapy, Pilates and functional training. I then ran my own business for a few years and worked at the hospital where I provided physiotherapy for stroke, heart and cancer patients. I completed numerous training courses and workshops related to rehabilitation and healthy movement: functional training with mobility, therapy in scoliosis, lymphatic massage, auto-therapy in back pain, kinesiology taping and various other courses that have improved my manual therapy skills.

I believe that proper movement, learning correct movement patterns and the strengthening of the muscle corset is the foundation for better functioning. In my practice I combine techniques of Pilates, stretching, Yoga and functional training with individual manual therapy, adapting the practice to the client’s needs.
