How you Considered workplace physiotherapy?
Workplace physiotherapy is useful for employer and employees alike as minimal time away from work is required and services can be aligned with other occupational health policies. We offer an entirely bespoke service: anything from three hours a week to a full time service can be delivered at your premises.
How it works
We work alongside occupational health, human resources and health & safety departments, where relevant, in order to manage musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) such as repetitive strain disorders, back pain and joint injuries. In addition to working with employees who require rehabilitation to the workplace we also provide a treatment service and a variety of preventative initiatives as and when required. By offering a comprehensive package of treatment, rehabilitation and preventative strategies we can help minimise MSDs in the workplace: therefore, reducing the associated disruption and financial impact.
Our Chartered physiotherapists provide all the treatments with experience in the management of MSDs in the workplace. The service is generally provided on site but, where necessary, arrangements can be made for an off-site service.
At Therapy-First we have examined a variety of options and when it comes to workstation assessments as the saying goes “one size doesn’t fit all”, this is why have considered a range of options:
- Workstation Risk Reviews
- Basic Workstation Assessments
- Advanced Workstation Assessments
- Clinical Ergonomics Assessments
- Workplace Physiotherapy
