I booked in to see Ramdhas for a persistent knee pain acquired from running. I have had many running injuries and many physio appointments as a consequence. I had one double session with Ramdhas, he took his time over the diagnosis, provided lots of treatment and a concise rehab programme.Ramdhas didn't insist on booking me back in, just suggested to see how i got on. He was spot on with his diagnosis and the varied treatment I received had a significant impact. After suffering pain for almost 2 months, this resolved in less than 2 weeks as I followed the guidance. Strongly recommended - I will definitely be back here!Thank you!!

I had a really great experience with Dante Harris as my physiotherapist. I first saw him for an ankle injury from running and he helped me rehab it then developed a safe return to running plan which has enabled me to return to activity with confidence. We also worked on a chronic knee instability and since then I have seen a real improvement in overall strength.He is professional, knowledgeable and supportive, not just in sessions but also with in between check ins which made a big difference during my recovery. I would 100% recommend him!

I gifted my partner a sports massage session with Jaz at Therapy First as he was experiencing a lot of tightness, thanks to playing lots of sports and outdoor working.He was immediately impressed with Jaz's work and how his body has felt on the days after the session. She was highly professional and knowledgeable at her craft, which made for a brilliant rehabilitation massage.He has been to quite a few sports masseuses in the past, but said this was the absolute best experience by far. Jaz focused on the specific areas that my partner needed, meaning he felt a real difference after.It was also his first time trying shockwave therapy, which he was slightly nervous to do. But he raved about this part of the session just as much as the massage, and said it wasn't painful or uncomfortable at all. Thank you Jaz!

Jaz is the best therapist. I've been going to her regularly for the past year and now that I'm pregnant she's helped me so much with muscle stiffness. She's also showed my partner what he can do to help ease my pregnancy pains.

I have seen Jaz 4 times now for Sciatica which the pain was unbearable. She has treated me with shock wave therapy, ultrasound and acupunture. The difference is incredible. I would highly recommend!

My experience with NHS physiotherapy was disappointing, as it didn't meet my expectations. However, after searching online, I discovered a local physiotherapist and decided to give it a try. I have been 3 times now, twice for an issue with my ankle, and once for an issue with my arm. I had an injury at work that lead to me being in pain for months afterwards. After failing to get an appointment through the NHS I decided I needed to go private. It has been worth every penny so far. Jaz has been amazing walking me through what was causing my pain and provided a plan of rehabilitation. After 3 sessions my ankle has healed remarkably and I'm able to continue day to day life without any pain at the end of the day. Friendly and professional staff and a simple booking system. Jaz is great always helps me out for long term mobility and pain issues. This is physio that you don't get on the NHS. Yes exercises suggested but mainly its proper hands on help. Massage, heat treatment, ultra sound and acupuncture. Jaz had kindly given me all sorts of things on loan to take home and try see if it improves my condition.

She is brilliant. I’m touring and have seen a bunch of physios. I’ve had a tendinopathy for months and had no luck shifting it. After two sessions of shockwave therapy and massage with Jaz, I can’t quite believe she has cleared it. I think she might be magic.

Jaz treated my wrist with physio after a fracture. She was very professional and put me at my ease. After just 5 treatments, I have much better movement and a lot less pain. I would definitely recommend Therapy First to anyone considering physiotherapy.

Finding the carpark was tricky, could have done with emailed instructions on how to find it. But the service was great. I saw Anna who was very good, knew her business and was able to explain why I was getting.my symptoms and what steps I could take to alleviate them. Got a good muscle massage and felt great afterwards. Also got a bunch of exercises targeted to my needs. Very reasonable costs. Would certainly recommend.

Had my first session for my knee and back and couldn't be more happy that I have changed physiotherapist. Much more involved and professional than the previous place I was attending.

I requested physio to help with my inflammation of the iliotibia band. I received acupuncture and massage and tens on the area as well as exercises to do. I do feel that the physio has helped me with an understanding of the issue and also how to go about helping to repair it, thank you

I had a course of physio with Jaz at Media City for a shoulder/neck issue, this was the first time I had ever had any sort of physical therapy. Jaz was superb at understanding & diagnosing my issues and then providing a comprehensive course of massage, ultrasound, acupuncture in the clinic. She also gave me a range of exercises to do, and advised me on some equipment to buy to help me to manage the problem outside of the sessions. I would definitely recommend Therapy First.

I have suffered for many years with tendinitis on both arms and it was very uncomfortable and painful. After struggling with problems with my right knee for years gone by with multiple different physios telling me numerous things, thankfully I found Therapy First. I had issues with my knee for so long I was starting to just accept I would have problems with it forever. Thankfully after a few weeks and an MRI scan, the girls were able to come to a prognosis and a plan of how to recover the knee. A few months later and my knee was perfect. Jaz, Anna and Joanna are all experts at there own crafts. I can’t thank you enough for the treatment I have received over the last few years, truly amazing! I have now moved from Manchester however still travel to use Therapy First as I haven’t been able to find treatment as good elsewhere. Thank you, Therapy First!
